Status: offline 		It was 13 years ago today that I met Libby for the first time. On February 20th, she had written me a single line email: "I think we share some interests in common." We had exchanged email and then phone calls. On leap day of that year, she drove down from Boston to New York for her first experience with BDSM.

Neither of us were looking for a long term relationship. We call that meeting "the world's worst one-night stand" since it has lasted a lot longer than one night and we expect it to continue to last for the rest of our lives.

There have been a lot of changes in those 13 years, but through communications and adjustment, our relationship has never been stronger.

I wish all of you the same success we've enjoyed.

It never fails to amaze me..... each year another number is added to the years.... and I still feel like time of months have only gone by.... It is true that a moment of time enjoyed and lived happily is always shorter than the time itself!

Isn't it amazing how some of the longest relationships begin when we aren't even looking for them?
