First I had to look up who Vincent D'Onfrio is.

Then I figured out what L&O: CI could stand for.

He's the guy that would get all up in people's faces and shit.

Oh well, it's good to have change, this will be one less show I will have to worry about missing. I already stopped watching SVU, and the original. (I loved that there were two sets of leads on CI, because it brought different perspectives each week.)

But Vincent D'Onofrio's character is one of my favorites on TV, has been for a couple of years, and I'd hate to think of Criminal Intent without him.

Oooh, I'm cryin'. But I can't blame him for moving on. Man, he acted the living daylights out of that role! Some great writing for him, too.

They either cancel it or they dumb it down. Everything I go out of my way to watch, anyway.

NBC giveth some great TV, then they taketh away, dumbasses. Now I guess there's no reason to watch NBC, at all.

They cancelled my favourite series in several years, Life, after leaving it to wither. They set Criminal Intent out on an ice flow to die, till they realized how well it did on their own USA. Some of the best writing and acting on television, both of them.

I wondered what they were doing with Kathryn Erbe, overworking her. She seemed to be on every show, recently, giving both Goren and Goldblum's new character "adult supervision," as they put it. Were they trying to use her to lure a loyal audience over to Goldblum's episodes? Was she going to be the partner for both of the tall eccentric super-knowledgable detectives? The article says she's moving on to new projects, too, though.

Well, I hope they both find some great new material, so I can watch them in new roles.
