"Trial" isn't exactly the accurate description, but he needs to come here and have his days in court.

He avoided sentencing, fearing more jail time. He is a flight from US justice. Its just that simple.

Actually he won't stand trial, he already plead guilty, he ducked out before being sentenced is all.
