ORIGINAL: FangsNfeet For the last two years I've been hearing about Howard Stern going to Sirus Satallite Radio. Why all of a sudden is CBS trying to sue him? After all, it's not like Viacom can't invest or end up owning XM radio anyways. Who thinks Stern actually broke his contract and should pay up to CBS? I don't know the ACTUAL whole story, but from what I gather is this: CBS is claiming that BEFORE Stern left, he was 'pushing' (advertising for) Sirus Satellite, which, I am guessing was against his current contract. Like I said, I heard this on the news last night but I am not 100% sure how accurate it is.
