I recently went to a munch and at this munch people were asked about their most heated sexual scenes or fantasies. Some of those that spoke up went into great descriptive details. Now, having written two erotic novels I am not opposed to descriptive sex however I do feel there is a time and place for it and yes in the case of those at that munch it was the right time and place to discuss it. However, the next weekend I looked into going to a Halloween party and was informed that nudity was allowed inside and sexual activity was allowed in an area downstairs. It is true that they separated the parts so that those who do not want to participate or what do not have to. But, my girl and I are fairly modest. Yes, we want to get together with people of like minds and similar lifestyle ideals, however we want to keep the sexuality and nudity out of those friendships. We hope to find a group that still holds modesty as a good ideal and do not look down upon us as prudes. This pole is to find out how many would prefer a modest and non-sexual group as to one that is completely open and almost Hedonistic in their practices.

I suppose I will have to choose "other" because I am ok with it all. I have friends who are very candid and blunt. I have been known, on more than one occasion, to be very explicit and graphic in what I write, say, and do. Our dungeon allows both kinds of play (sexual and non), with private areas being available for that if people want to be discreet. I just don't have a problem with kinky people being kinky. I'm both a voyeuse and an exhibitionist, so it's all eye or ear candy for me. [;)] Red, TheBrazenHussy

I wouldn't say that the divide here is modesty or hedonistic. I'd say that some people enjoy exhibitionism and/or being a voyeur, and some of us don't. Watching other people have sex does nothing for me, probably why I don't watch porn. A dick going in and out of an orifice is no more exciting than a piston in a car engine video in my view. Or a close up of someone chewing a steak. I like steak and enjoy it immensely when I eat it. But I have no interest in watching someone else eat one.

I am a totally different duck. I am modest in the community. That is how I am. I have to maintain a public image. On here and in private, I am known for being lewd with lots of bewbage. I was known for wearing corsets and thigh hi stockings in my former sire's home. I have shredded lingine(?) in the heat of passion. Unless I known the person, I do not discuss my sexual pursuits in public.

I mean are you modest in the BDSM community or your every day life? It sounds like you have to be fairly conservative in your regular world. Is there a kinky community where you can let loose?

Modest in public . in actions not in dress.Yes there are those that will disagree and say hey thats not how i remember it. But i obey my Master and if He says get naked i will.if He says to do more i will.
