Mythy -> A Good Cause (3/2/2006 9:40:24 AM)

I'm posting this for a friend.

Yup, I'm doing it again! Shaving my hawk! But it's a worthy cause. And if you
would like to participate I would truly appreciate it. A few missed coffees at
starbucks goes a long way. So skip a week of Starbucks, and donate the money to
St Baldrick's instead!

As of tonight, I heard from the Padlock Bar. We are officially shaving
heads at The Padlock for St Baldricks. (www.stbaldricks.org) right here in
Phoenix, AZ. For those who would like to make a donation to end childhood
cancer, or to learn more on how they are trying to do so, please go to:

I'm getting so excited! This is going to be great. Oh, and if we reach 1000
dollars by March 18th, boy Joe from the Phoenix boys of Leather will shave his
head as well. His Daddy may even do the shaving (woof!)

Please pass the information along. Even if you can't be there on the 18th with
us, you can donate online today from anywhere!

OK peeps sounds like a very worthwhile cause so get your spare
change out, your checkbook out or even your credit cards and give a
bit.

If you can't help with money then how about if you have a yahoo 360 account or a web page post this on there. Let's pull together and help these kids. Even if your 360 is the vanilla side of you just take out the one paragraph about the lifestyle and post. There really is no excuse why you can't help in some way.

These are kids, they could be our children or even grandchildren,
neices, nephews. Step forward and do something today to help those
that need it. Heck if you have a healthy child in your family do it
as a way of thanks that you do.

Let this group and this lifestyle take a stand here and show what
really great people we are even if we are a bit kinky <grin>.

To you Sean-Michael what a lovely way of showing you care.

And yes I've already donated so I'm putting my money where my mouth
is, what's stopping the rest of you?
