Um...maybe this is just the sort of man that I tend to attract, but orgasm control is one of the most painful and humiliating ordeals that I can inflict on most of my partners. Making a man who is accustomed to being able to masturbate freely or orgasm frequently do without, especially while he still has to provide me with pleasure on demand, causes pretty excruciating humiliation--and with even a day or two of light/occasional teasing it can also be quite painful.
There is no physical torture that I can inflict that causes more crying and begging than three weeks without being allowed to touch oneself, for most guys. YMMV.
