I have definately seen it in action. I know someone who went all the way through SRS with his wife/Mistress.

But he was already thinking about it before they ever got together.

To this day they are still together and still in the lifestyle.

I dont think its 24-7 Per se.

I do know that they are serious players.

I assume... by "fulltime feminization" you mean, living, eating sleeping, working as a woman?
