Last time I checked, a mural sized color print like that, on vinyl canvas (which is industry standard) will run you about $7 to $10 grand. They are all the rage in theatre these days, allowing designers to create wildly detailed, and heavily saturated color backdrops for whatever productions they are doing. It's almost a throwback to the old MGM days of huge cycloramas to make the sets look like they are huge vistas. They started off as a process for billboards, and hanging drops for trade booths. So yeah, the teabaggers obviously have a lot of cash to waste... or some very wealthy people with alterior motives (like insurance companies, and racist groups) backing them.
