Is it odd for maybelline to start getting a little kinky? "Vibration doing what no hand can" is their ad slogan for this new mascara product. Did Brian Kenny come up with the ad or does Maybelline just lost its common sense on advertisment slogans?

My sub showed me the adversitment slogan in a girly mag. We laughed for several minuets.

Not kinky. Just a way to get multiple coats without that thick clumpy results if you put several heavy coats on. I wonder if it works.

They pulled that ad from stores for the most part when they realized the implications it was having. I know there was quite the buzz at my store to get all those "inadvertently offensive" ads down and replace it with their newer one. I think in the heat of the moment it seemed like a brilliant idea and it sounded great. It wasnt until people who werent tunnelvisioned on what they knew it said looked at it that they realized how ELSE it could be taken.
