Limbaugh gave up that honor, passed it to Colin Powell.

And as the Republican party were willing to let him do that (and lambast party members who've been elected to political positions but who don't ditto him on everything as fakes and pretenders), he's probably all they deserve at this point.

You must have left your irony antenna home that day.

Just a question.... when searching out a source... trying to decide if it has axes, hatchets, butcher knives, what have you... you discover that the source is known to lie... even has the right to lie.

what do you do with such a source?

Moonhead -> RE: What's the difference between.................. (10/8/2009 4:52:03 AM)

Compare what it says to other sources.

Lucylastic -> RE: What's the difference between.................. (10/8/2009 10:01:10 AM)

Look to other sources if available Tazzy, otherwise put him on ignore:)

I use google news, for a lot of things, because they give you a list of other places that discuss the topic headlines, from AP to Reuters to BBC CBC, CTV, and , CNN, Fox to the LA times to breitbart and huff etc etc, depending on who is carrying the story, Ive gone round in circles so many times looking for  stuff Ive nearly disapeared up my rear end.
It also depends on how much interest I have in the topic:)
you could spend a lifetime hunting stuff down if you were obsessive enough

I beg your pardon: I didn't realise what you were getting at.
I tend to go by the print media myself: the papers all have an ideological axe to grind, but you always know where they're going to be coming from, and how they're going to slant any given story. (I'm told, though, that the press over here is a lot better than the American equivalents.)

No, he hasnt. He has been making fun of the left's proclamations that he is the leader and voice of the GOP.
