okay luv, let'snot get excited, really, because I LIVE here and have lived for a BIG part of my life in California (and paid local, state and federal taxes there, as a resident alien with NOTHING on my record, a PERFECT citizen, incase anyone want's to bitch...)
and it'sa not the same.
our economy, even our TOURISM economy, is based on TOTALLY different precepts, factors, consumer-bases, etc. We are a SOCIALIST country that has had the "Obama-Care" medical care system for over 20 years (and which saved my life and use of my limbs which allows me to post this to you know and here).
NOTHING in Australia that plays out has any bearing or true parity to what happens where you are and live (I wish it did; you'd me better off no matter what fuck-ups OUR pollies make). Wen we are good boys, we are good in a different way, and when corruption raises its head, our corruption comes from a somewhat different sourse and has a (somewhat appreciably different) effect.
we have NOT had the same lay-offs and foreclosures and repo's and (all other USA issues from the Global Financial Crisis) that the USA has suffered.
we have problems, w have "bullshit unemplyment and employment" figures, but overall, our sitch with interest rates as per the GFC should not fairly be used as a "spark off" post for a valuable post on any economic situation.
Now just remember as you read this, I am the make-up and costume loving bredder-boy who pinched your ass; I am on YOUR side.
