I'll bet you ARE. I'll bet if we could, in one widdle itty bitty thwead here, added to bit by bit casually, make a MAJOR difference for the creatives and artsy types on this site... like, uh, I dunno, short story spec writers and stand-ups. people whose int. prop. rights are always at risk, used and abused by media congoms (which are just corporations similar or the same as various banks or car manufacturers receiving "help")... so, would you, and hopefully some others, be willing to "round table" some issues that any 'creative', any writer, any performer, will be facing very soon? So as to protect our interests and not get "used and abused"? I promise to bring up juicy stuff that'll float yer boat, like traditional Library of Congress Copyright considerations as enforced by the Berne Convention versus Creative Commons Liscensing etc. all of which WILL apply DIRECTLY to short stories you will write or have written and material you develop for use or have used in your stand-up... you game, pahhhhhdnuh? I mean it's not like you are gonna lose any possible money or gigs from Apatow (may he DIE in SUFFERING AND PAIN) from contributing to this thread...
