Rule, it doesn't make it right no matter who does it.
I'm an Independant so I couldn't care less about "Rep vs Dem", I'd like to see both of those parties go extinct.
Washington should be running our government only, not a charity for foreign countries.
It's easy to be "generous" with "OPM" other people's money isn't it?

Tazzy, I don't do "links", it was all over the News back in the 1990's, kind of like "common knowledge" back then. How old are you?

tazzygirl -> RE: Obama wins Nobel Prize (10/14/2009 11:21:49 AM)

Old enough, im sure you can click on my profile to find out.  However, i seem to recall.. and maybe my memory is slipping a bit... that someone else paid half that tab?  So, im supposed to just accept your word that its true, then follow up be finding the "potential" source you allude too.  And this is your form of a debate.

Sorry, doesnt work for me.  Unless you can provide some information to back up what you are speaking about, especially something almost 20 years ago....

smiles

have a nice day

Its extremely odd the way Liberals call Bush an idiot and a chimp and then become indignant when Conservatives refuse  to respect or honor Barack Obama.

Maybe Republicans should stop electing idiots like Bush and Palin and then there wouldn't be a need for a periodic bitch-slapping.

Who, exactly, is getting indignant because conservatives are not "respecting or honoring" Obama? Personally, I'd be happy to settle for you guys not lying about him. At least anyone who ever called Bush a moron or an imbecile was telling the truth.

Telling the truth?  Bush certainly had some serious flaws, but his IQ was 2 standard deviations above average.

im sure a link would be easy to provide, no?

It's a little more complicated than popeye worded it IMO, but look up the Agreed Framework of 1994.  It wasn't just the US dumping money into North Korea, but we did invest a lot.

Sources close to the (then) President assure me that Karl Rove supervised George's test - a sure sign that it was correctly and accurately marked [8|] .

Moonhead -> RE: Obama wins Nobel Prize (10/14/2009 1:47:12 PM)

He might have had an above average IQ when he was cheerleading at Yale, but has it been tested since then? These things can drop as well, particularly when you spend a decade or so drinking like a fish and snorting cocaine, neither of which are habits that do your brain cells any favours.

While I do like that Obama has put us in the light of being better players with the world,

Donald Duck, Yosemite Sam... just about anyone short of Jeffrey Dahmer would have put us in a better light with other countries.

All due respect to Donald Duck and Yosemite Sam ( two of the all time great cartoon characters)but the Oval Office is no place for looney tunes.
