Illegals have no access to our health care system. To get covered you need a health card, to get one of those you must prove your immigration/citizenship status. They are not simple things to forge, and in Ontario at least they are picture IDs, so even harder to fake. While its pretty certain their are illegals with counterfeit health cards, those are few and far between simply due to the fact that such cards are expensive due to the difficulty of faking them.
In fact, the lack of access to medical coverage for illegals is one of the reasons we have less illegals (as a percentage of population) here...well that and the fact that it gets fucking inhospitable in the winter.
