I come back to this site from time to time. I find a break is always a good thing.

Each time I come back I am thrilled to see new faces and thrilled to see old friends.

I wonder what some people mean by 'serious'. I think we are all serious in our own way about what we want ... what we desire. To me, the 'serious' people are those who are honest with themselves and each other.

You answered it perfectly in your last sentence.
I agree with that.

Depends how it's used. I see people frequently use it to mean they're better because they're into m/s and not (said usually with disdain) 'just' kinky sex.

But I agree with you, if you are seriously into kinky sex, then good for you. Unfortunately anytime you have more than one person, and sometimes if only one, you have people trying to claim their way is better.

Yup, that. I might add in something about "commitment". But honestly, I don't how the specific goal changes whether someone is pursuing it seriously or not. I pursue authority & control seriously and I don't care about kink. Someone else is more interested in kink and so becomes a "serious kinkster". They both look "serious" to me.

And, let's not over-rate this "serious" thing too much *laughs*. I gotta believe the world would be a better place with a bit less seriousness in it.

I thought serious meant you don't laugh when someone farts.

I am quite often not serious. I like to laugh.

When I am serious.........I reckon most people that know me, know.

All the dramatic declarations........real, true, fake........whatever. I don't really care. Life has enough dramatic crap, I'm not going to create any unnecessary, additional stuff.
