Sweetsub,

I commiserate. Perhaps your Sir and my Ebony and Equus will find one another beyond the veil.  May you find your deepest strength now, when the walls are falling, and may you find the shelter of loving thoughts and comforting arms while you hunt for solid ground beneath your feet.

Dame Calla

Sweetsub,
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss.  It is so rare when we find that special one that is able to free us and then to loose them so soon seems unfair.
Ping me to chat or vent anytime you would like.

What terrible news.  My sincere sympathy to you.

sweetsub1957 -> RE: Sir Died in an Accident (10/12/2009 5:15:03 PM)

Thank you so much everyone.  I am still wearing His collar, and I slept all last night hanging onto it with one hand.  I've realized that, even if I don't so much as get a T-shirt of His to keep forever, I will have His collar to keep forever, and He said He'd never collared anyone before, so to me that is very special.  :)

Wow.

Bigger than all my losses to date.

I'm sorry for your pain.

sweetsub1957 -> RE: Sir Died in an Accident (10/13/2009 11:43:44 AM)

Thank you all.  They are supposed to be releasing the positive ID today, as they got the dental records yesterday.  His estranged wife couldn't help them with it, so I told them His insurance company.  They work fast when they finally have the information.  So now I'm waiting and hoping it's not Him, but deep down I already know it is.

Don't take that collar off until you are ready to do so.  It was a gift from him to you, there is no rule that says you have to give it up until you are ready.

Just live life one day at a time and take pride in the time that you were gifted to have with your Master.  I hear from you all the words of a GREAT submissive, one that I'm certain your Master was proud to have.
