My Cheapest came from a Dumpster Dive out back of a JoAnn's Fabric Store, they were remodeling, Steel Display Rack that was perfect height for suspension, all I had to add was some eye bolts that I had already lying around the house. My Most expensive, would be my homemade leather equipment that I make myself, leather is so expensive these days.

Actually, the frame I'm buying is made of 2 inch steel tubing. With stainless hardware and swanky adjustable feet. Would that I had a mig welder and tubing bender, I probably would make it. But since I don't, I'll stick to making floggers.

The cheapest I have is my ball gag. It was an ebay steal. The most expensive is going to be that Neosteel chastity belt I will be getting soon.
