It depends on anatomy. I have very slim waist and wide hips, I have worn a belt that was identical in design to Tollyboy MGA/200 (Tollyboy.com). My mistress bought it from Access Denied (now out of business). It was very wearable but... as I said, if slave is not thin and has narrow hips it will not work well.

I for one feel that chasity is a way to control your male and female slave but, mostly male since they have a higher sex drive then females.
But, there is a third type of person who enjoy chastity; Transexuals or force feminized males like myself. The chastity is used to prevent sex as a male and over time does lower the sex drive as well as cause shrinkage of the penis and other male parts.
