Status: offline 		Is the person in question wearing clothing that would show off a feminine figure or, as you so crudely put it, "tits"?  If so, then xie was probably born male and is transitioning to female.  A female transitioning to male would make more effort to reduce xir feminine appearance, including binding xir breasts to give xirself a more masculine shape.  However, if you really want to know, you should ask in a respectful manner.

Status: offline 		More likely than not OP, this person would probably be a male-to-female trans-gender.  Female-to-male transgenders are out there as well.  Just ask, but try to be tactful and with a little respect...transgenders are people first and never an "it".  People have feelings over enhancements.  Good luck.
