Notice – My information (including the profile details, information, emails, texts, IM's and pictures) is not for use, collection or replication to/for any person(s) or institution(s) using this website (or any other similar websites) for collection or inclusion into any type of study, project, or forum at any time (past, present, future). Doing so goes against this notice, and is a violation of my privacy rights and is subject to legal ramifications. More profiles seem to be sporting the notice I posted above, which prompted me to do a bit of online research regarding what if any protection actually exists because of such a notice. I couldn't find anything supporting such a claim. The only real privacy protection seemed to spawn from the ISP, where they have a legal responsibility to keep private, the pertinent details of account holders.. To my way of thinking, if you post in a public setting such as this, you are pretty much surrendering any right to privacy you might think you had - much like superstars and thier pavaratzi. Any EXPERTS want to chime in on this or illuminate the truth for the rest of us? Thanks in advance!
