The question is “Can you’re submissive or slave teases you into having sex with them?”

DemonKia -> RE: The question is “Can you’re submissive or slave teases you into having sex with them?” (10/13/2009 1:15:13 AM)

Sure, especially if the D or M orders it . .. .. lol

GreedyTop -> RE: The question is “Can you’re submissive or slave teases you into having sex with them?” (10/13/2009 2:11:45 AM)

personally, I don't need to be teased.

Focus50 -> RE: The question is “Can you’re submissive or slave teases you into having sex with them?” (10/13/2009 2:40:02 AM)

Sure, she can even play hard to get. Even in M/s, feminine wiles are not an unattractive quality in one's slave just as seduction has a place within the giving and obeying of commands....

Focus.

In general, sure.
Personally, no.

Can I invite a sexual response from him by kissing, flirting, rubbing up against him? Sure. Can I guarantee it will happen? No.

Submissive does not equal passive and your mistaken belief that it does is your issue, no one else's.

I am confused. In your profile, which has one English error, you ask that respondents are fluent in English. But the sentence above is full of grammatical errors - a schoolbook example of stilted English. How come?

No, I don't have an answer to your question, I don't do one liners.

No she can not.

She can invite me by her actions/words.  I can accept her invitation, or not.

Carmeldelight -> RE: The question is “Can you’re submissive or slave teases you into having sex with them?” (10/13/2009 9:56:23 AM)

I asked this question because a Dom is claiming that the submissive teased him and that is why he has sex with her. Even though this submissive had told him she was not interested in having sex with him. This Dom forced him self on the submissive and is now telling her it was her fault because she teased him. As you know the police do not look so kindly on Dom/submission so he was able to get away with the crime.

Something wrong here, by and large, cops are the kinkiest of motherfuckers on the planet, and new york? No way. So, she reported it to the police and they said no, Dom/sub (are they together?) and what is your interest in this?

I sure as hell hope so. Man, would that ever be a total buzz kill if she couldn't.

Wait, now that I read the context, I don't have anywhere near enough information to weigh in on the criminal aspects of this without sitting on the jury. Why on god's green earth would I think that I did? Howsabout we don't do the judge & jury thing here on collarme without the benefits of actually having a trial?

Yup. Context is everything.

Well, er, nearly darn so ..... .

Okay, now the story comes out.  He raped her and is claiming that he was led on, even though she told him no.

I'm having a very hard time swallowing the bit about the cops letting him off the hook because they don't believe in D/s.

The NZ Analysis Probe Launch has returned results to our computers estimating that only about 26.8% of the pertinent information in this topic has actually been put forth into the thread.

Reading further...typical rape excuse.

He raped her...claimed she teased him, provoked him, dressed in a way to excite him, etc..so it's her fault.

He raped her.

Police didn't believe her. Again, very extremely common unfortunately.

This has zero to do with bdsm.

I would stay very very far away from this "Dom" and hope that one day what he has done comes to fruition.

sweetsub1957 -> RE: The question is “Can you’re submissive or slave teases you into having sex with them?” (10/13/2009 7:23:34 PM)

I am so glad I waited as long as I did to post here.  What he did was rape her and then used her supposed "teasing" as an excuse.  That's fucked up and not okay....and I don't use the "F" word very often.  Teasing is an old excuse.  Even nuns and little girls get raped, and they don't tease.

Where? The likelihood of legal precedent to not convict a potential rapist is nowhere near that of convincting a person of it on shaky ground due to the emotional volatility of the topic.

The Op's inclusion of "As you know the police do not look so kindly on Dom/submission so he was able to get away with the crime" is not only a pre-judging of the act as an offense before the discussion begins, it's logically backwards. If laws in certain jurisdictions do not recognize consensual BDSM acts, they would support the supposed 'victim' of abuses, not the persons committing the acts.

There is nowhere near enough coherent information in this thread...which means the likelihood of a rape having actually occurred is about just as likely as her having attempted to apply the "rape" label on a sexual escapade after the fact.

The literal answer is that anyone CAN do anything. However, and there is always a however isn't there? Not everything is either practical or legal. To this I add that in many cases you'd need specific knowledge, training or other qualities to make it a distinct possibility. If you ask "May you're etc..." That is of course a different question and pertains to you asking permission for someone to do something.  I have a sneaking suspicion that you were asking "Is it possible etc..." That will as many types of response as there are Dominants. Each will have their own take and thus in such both a general and ambiguous framework in which the OP is framed makes it impossible to give a definitive reply. You (the OP) must by now realise than my whole thrust of this post is based on the opening of the question vis. CAN

I hate people who change questions halfway through.
Us having an agreement that he can have sex whenever he wants, understanding that I am not always into it, and doing what he knows is acceptable between us is a hell of a lot different then some guy claiming the girl was asking for it by wearing a short skirt and smiling in his direction.
