Depending on what is involved in this "humiliation" since money is changing hands, it may be considered prostitution. Since it is the dominant's responsiblitity to keep a submissive safe, he needs to make sure the submissive not is doing anything that will get her into legal trouble.
Prostitution isn't illegal everywhere

I knew a lady years ago whose personal turn on was to be a slutty prostitute.  She did not charge much, but liked the idea of being used this way.  I say this because it might not be a profession that drives the behavior, but an obsession.

But why does she feel the need to have to make others pay for her to feel humiliated ???? I dont get it at all.

That is maybe because you haven't asked her? Asking us, who don't know her, is not likely to go anywhere.

Do you have to "get it" in order for it to be okay for others to do?

Seriously, if it is something that this individual or individuals enjoy and there are others willing to pay to participate, what is wrong with that?
