So today I had the misfortune of getting a message from the dumbest human being on the face of the Earth. He saw on my profile that I am a phonesex operator, and decided to ask "how much to bang you" of me. Of course, I thought that, since the links I have on my profile lead to my phonesex page, he meant how much to have phonesex with me (since us phonesexers try to make it as realistic as possible). Anyway, I was very polite to him, and told him my rate, and then he proceeded to write, "stupid cunt...i only am interested if i can fuck you." Well, I told him that being disrespectful that way is not a good way to get chicks, and he thought that he would be a smartass and belittle me by saying "Wake up sister, you're a SEX WORKER". I politely informed him that I am also a highly motivated full-time college student with another full-time job outside of the phonesex, and that many "sex workers" are similar. To which he replied with a very rude message implying that I am a crack whore who is going to get washed up. I have never prostituted myself, and I did not solicit any contact from this "man". He belittled me for doing something that is a whole hell of a lot safer than what he was asking me to do in the first place, which, might I add, is ILLEGAL, whereas my services are not. Basically, people are stupid.

More like he is the crack whore who is going to be washed up. You told the truth and he could not handle it. Block, delete and chalk it up as experience with dealing with idiots.

Thanks. I have dealt with some stupid people before, but seriously, that is about the rudest, most off-base thing anybody has ever said about me. I was completely shocked.

Sadly, there's all too many who see sex workers of any kind as 'righteous scapegoat targets' . .. . It sucks, & a solution is workin' on that thicker hide, & lettin' the meanness & negativity roll off ya like water off a duck's back . . . Another is focusing on the good stuff & not giving the icky stuff any real estate in your head, as difficult as that can be . . . .

Truth, DemonKia. I have learned a whole lot about the world and the people in it these last couple of years, but I still try to see the best in every person, and when somebody reaches a new low that I have not seen before, I just get a little shocked. Still learning though. Maybe I should just try not to be shocked when people are stupid. Because afer all, my motto is "People are stupid" (in case y'all hadn't noticed lol)

BAHAHA to CalifChick. Yes, men can be pretty considerably dumber than women (although for some reason I still know my place with the ONE guy who can make me do anything lol). And GreedyTop, I actually do sometimes get surprised when people are polite. I am used to wankers and people who try to get stuff for free (in both of my jobs), so when people actually play by the rules. I cant imagine how it's gonna be in another couple of years.

WOW really? you get a restraining order against him and the moron tries to talk to you?! Ok so perhaps I will re-evaluate who is the DUMBEST person on the face of the planet, unless of course, it was your ex-husband who contacted me earlier tonight :D And thanks for the welcome :D
