Hey,

i'ma new mistress now starting in exploring my dom side , i've had a bit of experience being subbmissive but i want to have some ideas to what i can do to establish power with my switch partner and anything i can do to surprise him ....

How much is he onboard with this? If he's onboard, then you establish power by exerting it. If he's not, you discuss it with him and see how he feels.

I see the Mods have already removed the double-post in Ask a Submissive so I'll answer here. About "establishing power:" I'm not a switch, but Sir was confident, firm, and consistent. His "No" always meant "No" and He stuck to it. He established definite limits and boundaries, and consequences for over-stepping them. All this was done with love and understanding. Also respect and trust are necessary. If they are present, obedience and submission are more likely to follow. I'm sure there's more, but that's what I can think of right now.
