I had a dell laptop for about five years and burned probably about 100 backup discs, mainly picture files. That laptop is pretty much dead at this point.
Now I have a Macbook and guess what????? It can't read the discs so I can't transfer my picture files over, which I need to do.
Does anyone know of a program that I can install which would let my Mac read my pc discs? I've been googling around for a while with no luck.
As a side note...I am not computer savy at all.

Have a friend copy them off the disks and email them to you in batches
