Is there some way to automate the poll results? Am I just missing it? Is there somewhere to go to see poll results?

What do you mean by "automate" the results?

To see results, open the thread, and under the poll options at the top of the page, click on "Show Results." The page will refresh, with number of votes and percentage of votes for each option.
