*There is absolutely no reason to believe that I will ever be a professional or in the "professional world." The economy is shit and I just so happen to be in a field (library science) that was already in the shit before things went to shit. I'm in too deep to switch tracks, so I'll be stuck with a useless Master's degree to add to my two useless bachelor's degrees (BA History and BS Applied Computer Science). It will be AWESOME.
*In the unlikely event that I would be "caught," I would not become an outcast on campus. Nobody even knows who I am.
*There is no reason to think that my parents would object in the terribly unlikely event that I would be expelled - frankly, I don't think my parents really give a shit anymore. I have totally failed to meet their expectations for me - reasonable or not. (Being the first in your family to graduate from college doesn't really mean shit in this day and age.) Besides, they're too busy living their new bourgeoisie life to notice that their eldest son is now a card-carrying member of the proletariat.
*I honestly don't know how to act like I'm 28 years old. I've never been "age appropriate." I was an early reader. I didn't go to prom - in fact, I wasn't welcome - being a geek after Columbine made me a terror suspect. (Seriously. I'm not making that up.) I was never a whiny high school brat. I never even rebelled against my parents - ever. My first date was at age 18. (Exciting: mini-golf and ice cream.) I didn't get my driver's license until age 18 because I didn't care about driving. I've never been drunk. Etc, etc.
I don't know why I wrote all of this. Normally, I would have deleted this thread or my posts, but the system doesn't have that functionality. So let's just let this die and you can all forget about me and go on with your wonderful lives. Live long and prosper.

At least you had the sense to post here, before (instead of) actually doing something regrettable.
