Hello, I am currently debating on whether or not i should invite my wife to join this site. I love all of the people and information here but I don't know how well she would receive it. Any words of advice on the subject? Thank you very much for you help.

First off, what's your end objective? Do you want a relationship in which she's your Domme? If so, showing her this site might be a useful step in that direction. Is she already kinky or already being the Domme in your relationship? What do you think her response to the site will be?

I was missing a few details huh. Thanks for your reply. The whole dominant / submissive thing is limited to the the nights when we choose to "play", and that is enough for the both of us for now. I think I would like her to see sites like these to learn and expand on what we currently do. It would just add that one more instance of kink... i guess.

and there is an example of why I like these sites. Why does it take someone pointing out what should be completely obvious to me for me to decide what to do. I am not sure why but I should tell her regardless. I guess I am feeling like it has been too much too soon, trying to apply the brakes so to speak.

I'd go even further than that. Does she have a BDSM interest? Would she benefit from it? Is it for her in her own right or is it something that is only for you? A couple of years back, I encouraged MP (My husband) to create his own profile here. He uses it off and on. So far, he doesn't have much more interest in the site other than P&RS and those things I call to his attention. Mostly, I wanted him to have one because I wanted him to know that there is nothing that I'd ever hide from him. What I would do if I were you would be suggest the site to your wife. If she really isn't interested in being kinky, her having a profile here isn't going to change that. She's going to make her own decisions in the matter.

thanks! I have decided that I have to at least bring it to her attention. It is up to her what she does with it.

On one hand, there's a lot of information here and the opportunity to see a ton of different viewpoints for those that can actually see. On the other hand, this is an internet discussion forum. For my wife, I've decided to keep her away from it.
