This guy is a troll, plain and simple, the type who feeds off of blurting out disconnected sentences and wildly incoherent jargon, most likely to the tune of jerking off or else laughing till he cries. I've run across them a hundred times.

Despite what you might have derived from meeting, I'm guessing, Larry Harvey.
