Definitely not two nineteen year olds however unless....these nineteen year olds have been hypnotised by the middle-aged bloke that runs that website to conduct this survey.

I just read the questions on the survey..... my favourite is:
Q4. What kind of clothing would you like to see the girls wearing for the majority of the shoot? Dressed for comfort: Casual "Girl Next Door" type clothes. Dressed to impress: Wearing elegant and refined skirts, dresses and evening gowns. Dressed for the bedroom: Stockings, Babydolls, Corsets, Thongs, French Knickers and Heels. Dressed like a kinkster, Fetish outfits. PVC, Leather, Jumpsuits, Zentai suits, French Maid, Bodystockings, etc. Topless or Nude as much as possible. Other:

because hypnotism totally is about how many (or few) clothes the subject is wearing of course

(my eyes have rolled back so far I can see my tonsils!!)

I'm not much of a fan of stage hypnosis, but your technique seems to be a hybrid.

The questionaire also doesn't work from your website's link.

Uh, it's a sexual fetish site? You know, the last time I looked, virturally every sexual fetish site was ALL about how much and of what types clothing the females do or do not wear. I've also noticed, believe it or not, that attention to such details often has a strong effect on how popular such sexual fetish sites are. Even the poppy/pony/kittie sites pay close attention to the ears and placement of the tail or the spots. Life's amazin', ain't it?
