I also like fleece socks.

Less popular answer: I've been workin' on makin' myself get up & putter around the house & do stuff, physically move around, do some chores, especially ones that burn some calories. It (a) gets my circulation going, & I have peripheral circulation issues, so every little bit helps. & (b) burning calories is the internal heater. Not enough to break a sweat, just puttering around when I start to feel cold, until I feel warm.

I particularly started doing this because of my stubbornly cold feet. The only thing that'll get them warmed up sometimes is the moving around thing, & even then it'll take some time for them to get warm.

&, yeah, I'm with angelika & the others who said, when ya can, invest in socks you like that are warm. I've liked some fuzzy fleecy socks Wallyworld has had for $3 for 2 pair for the last coupla years, seasonally. When I have some spare cash I pop in & look for certain things like that.

& yay! slippers, I'm with ya that you should prioritize gettin' some warm slippers.

Well yes, but it isn't my fault if he moves against them. I can't be blamed for that. (Puts on innocent look).

Yup, I notice once ya start moving you get hot fast, specially if you're over weight , however, It's not appropriate to be bustling about our little one room  at 1 23 4 5 6 or even 6:30 am, when Daddy woke up, when Daddy is trying to sleep lol. Plus we did tons of walking and I was so tired and kind of in pain, and what's worse last night I was in a mania for oh I don't know 2 hours, and I just wanted to go go go go do something anything, and then when I got up to do something instead of going out of my skin with the mania and the urge to do SOMETHING, my body was exhausted and just couldn't do it. I also got frusterated because when I am in a mania, it's like go go go pick up do something come on  MOVE GO DO DO DO, and I can't focus and I often don't get help from daddy, since he's distracted and then I am in wanna clean wanna clean come on help me clean mode, and end up griping at him for not helping me do his part in this lol.

I think the several episodes of mania, so late in the evening was what kept me awake till 10- or 10:30 in the morning. Maybe, the residual awakeness and alert feelings of the mania's didn't dissapate enough to feel the normal tiredness.

You should have yelled "SUM-BITCH, Sir!"

One of these days you'll understand these sorts of things.  I'm glad that I get this opportunity to train you properly, holly, and I know that Jim appreciates it.
