What do you mean by "a public scene?" Are you talking about out among the general population or about at a BDSM club or event?

You won't find a lot of people here who are willing to help you and many (if not most) will rip you a new orifice for even asking. It's generally considered bad form to involve the unconsenting public in your kink. Especially where minors might be exposed to it. Depending on the laws in your area and the exact nature of your activities, public scenes may be considered public indecency and, therefore, illegal. You'll do better to skip the exposure and limit your public play to BDSM clubs.

Once at a brew pub I saw a couple heading out. The woman was tall and quite good looking, and was walking in the lead.
