Status: offline 		I am not the sort of girl you would normally expect to be submissive. And, truth be told, I played at it a little but never really thought it would be a part of my life until I met my current boyfriend.

I had always loved a shy, gentle, intellectual man and, luckily, that is exactly what I now have. I am the loud one; opinionated, outgoing. He is quiet unless in the company of those he knows very well.

Somehow, in the end, I became my gentle master's hopeless slave.

In public and around our children, he is generally the perfect gentleman. In the bedroom he is completely my master, and even beyond that his quiet strength has given me comfort and guidance. He's having a collar made for me now and I'll gladly wear it always - even withstanding whatever looks and questions we receive.

How strange our relationship must look to the vanilla bystander as well as most of those in the BDSM lifestyle. Our days are a mix of service to each other - he cooks most of the meals, helps with the children and does the driving. Beyond housework, my own duties are to my studies and his personal happiness - for instance, I love washing and massaging his feet after he returns from work.

He says his gentlemanly behavior was always a part of his nature, but I bring it out further.He calls me his goddess and says that is his reasoning for worshiping me as much as I worship him.

Is it strange?

I really wouldn't change it, either way. ;)

Not odd at all.  We're all kinsksters here...

A few weeks ago, I met a female submissive turned Domme, who was helping her lesbian transsexual submissive learn how to be a girl.

Funny you should mention it - I happen to have DID as well. Its quite subdued for me though, and it doesn't interfere with my life too much.
