I really feel that you are overreacting here, it was only 12 hours. Sometimes when you are under consideration for a collar and there is distance between both parties, it is so easy to assume the worse case scenario. Before jumping to conclusions next time look at the actions of the Dom, see if they are the actions of someone who is serious about making a committment to you. If they are not, then do what you must but don't linger in the "under consideration" phase that leads nowhere. Like one of the posters here said "he is under consideration by you as well."

Heres My spin...

1.Being "under consideration" does not translate into "i'm a doormat walk all over me."

2.I dont think 12 hours is along time, but when your sitting waiting it seems like forever.

3.Is there a pattern to this behavior or was it a one time thing?A patterm would indicate get out now,a one time thing would indicate maybe some relaxation techniques are needed.

4.Life does indeed get in the way.It shouldnt be an excuse to treat people like dirt.

5. The Dom may not be as interested as you thought.

6. Hes testing to see how you react to certain things.

7.Express your concerns,if He doesnt care move on.

If someone is sitting around for 12 hours waiting, I would encourage them to find other things to do.

Be well,
Julie
