I guess I will try the thread here.  The International Forecaster says that controls are being considered for 401ks.  Meaning- it will become harder to take your own money.

I am not sure how CIT can file bankruptcy on a Sunday- but the decline on Friday must have been rumors then.

Anyhow the ideas on more 401k controls are not legislated yet- but being considered.  So keep an eye on it.
