Let me try again...

It's a strap-on.  a woman wears it and has a penis EXTERNALLY.  It penetrates her DP INTERNALLY.

I believe He's looking for a penis that attaches to the female by insertions in the vagina and rectum at the same time. Basicly expanding on the Feeldoe design. I've never seen what He wants.
