There needs to be some sucking involved in good oral and some kissing too maybe some nibbles and of course non monotonous tongue movement. But I don't think of the machine as simulating realistic oral, I think of it as a bunch of soft, spongey paddles striking the clit in quick succession. Very, very quick succession. The speed of a vibe with the feel of a light slap. Umm yes please, thank you. Won't buy one. Would use it though.
