I was watching TV (Nancy Gray Newshow) I dont know if anyone gets that program...however it was telling how this Man most likely used the internent to get weomen and then kill them. He used an ALTernative website with the heading "Master Looking for His Sub." They found 11 bodies in his home.

I do not understand why people have to use OUR lifestyle and its many ways to connect with others of like mind, to commit such heinous(sp?) crimes.

I dont know if anyone else gets this program but it really made me sick to my stomach.

However, if the one your referring too is from Ohio, then it is not lifestyle related. He is a rapist who was convicted, spent time in prison, and was released to parole. Good job huh.

Well, he did use a lifestyle related website to get his victims (at least search for them)...and that is where I was coming from. i apologize if it was in the wrong forum...it just kind of bugged me out. Also the update on him, is that there were actually 11 bodies found in his house and he is about to stand trial for aggrevated murder. Yes, it is the one from Ohio. He was a convicted sex offender and served all of his 15 years and got out.....and that is when the women started to go missing.

Because predators go where they think they can disguise themselves and their actions the easiest.

Right. Essentially the same reason pedophiles are attracted to becoming priests or Baptist day care workers.

serial killers have used regular websites and dating ones too.
.FREE sites are a way to lure ppl in..
IN Edmonton here last Dec a man was lured away and murdered.His comp revealed he was on a dating site and was asked to meet a woman in a wierd location.He really questioned it and his friend told him not to go.
He went..and was murdered.

I have a vanilla friend who attends munches just to meet submissive women because he believes "sub women just cannot say no". He does not want to Dom them or anything of that nature he just wants sex, so he pretends to be a dom. It has worked very nicely for him. Now I do not happen to believe that about submissive women, BUT it is a view held by many others and perhaps this killer held that view as well.

I am sure it will come out later why he chose this particular type of site to catch his prey.

They use it because it works. They're probably having better success than everyone else using it, too.
