Just wondering, lately I often see women involved with younger males. I wonder if this goes for women with other women too. Can one tell whether some are interested in younger females? I do ask this as I am only interested in women older than myself.

I have no set rule, but usually end up with younger women. I think most that are interested tend to say so, one way or another. The frustration for me, often lies in the inability of the young women to leave the safety of their computer room and jump into reality.

In a relationship there will always be an age difference unless you're with somebody born the same year.. I'm not really able to figure out the difference between women involved with younger males and males involved with younger women.. and now...add to that younger women& older women ???? errrrrrr I'm confused!

My Lady and I have been together 15 years, I am 47, she is 56.

I've always preferred women a bit older than I am, because generally I've found older women to be more mature, thoughtful, and so on. This isn't to say that there are not young lesbians out there who I'd find attractive and relationship-worthy, were I single. I *have* dated a woman or two who was young enough to literally be my daughter, and had no issues with them because of age.

If you want to find an older lesbian for a stable relationship, your best bet is to stay away from gay bars. Look for GLBT volunteer organizations and opportunities. Volunteer and be active in these kinds of activities -- that's where you will meet some of the best people.

In San Antonio, when I was living there, there was an informal "lesbian professional women's brunch club", that was a group of ladies who didn't hang out at the bars, some of whom were at least semi-closeted due to their career environments. My chiropractor and dentist (both lesbians) invited me to these and it was a great environment for making friends. A similar group existed in College Station when I was a student at TAMU, usually holding backyard barbecues. This group of professionals REALLY played it close to the vest, because several were on the staff or faculty of the university and didn't want potential problems with students. Again, the invitation to such get-togethers was extended by people in the group to other women they found to be mature and intelligent.

As it turned out, in the end, a bunch of my straight, non-kinky friends actually introduced me to my Lady. My friends and hers were all tired of the two of us dating people who were not good for us. They all got together, figured out the two of us might work as a couple, and introduced us at a campout. We hit it off and have been together ever since.

OP, I prefer younger females and if that is what you are looking for, you will find it since there are plenty that like younger.

I understand having a few profiles here, when I first started out online the fakes & phoneys wore me out and I closed my profile. But my desires for a D/s relationship drew me back and I started another profile. Same pics, same me, so why should you women focus on that and not her question, since it is obvious she is not trying to play games?

For starters, I'm not qualified to answer her question. Being a straight female Dominant, I have no basis on knowledge to answer her.

I can only speak for myself. I like women that are older or women that are older in wisdom and powerful women. I am comforted by a woman who knows who and what she is about and takes what she wants.

For me, I like women that are around the same age if not a little older. At this point in my life if a women I'm interested in is any younger than me she's either jail bait, still in high school, or acts like she's still in high school. In the future though, who knows, my tastes may change.
