I just came off over 2 hours in the gym. WHOOO! I did 10 sets of 10 reps on bench press, overhead pulldown (front and back) butterfly, leg press, weighted ab-crunches, floor work, 30 minutes on the bicycle and elliptical and 45 on the treadmill and floor work (stretching, calisthenics etc) and I feel GREAT! To do all this, I find I'm actually getting into a split headspace! I'm a Mistress, a domme, a TopWoman... but I *did* intern for a year as a sub and I know the headspace... and I find that I tend to go into Mistress mode and set the regimen, the weight stacks, the speed of the treadmill and elliptical... and then I go into sub space and really work to please My Mistress! Heeheehee! I have found that this really makes for good physical workouts. Overall, I've lost about 20 pounds to please My Domme (She's strict!). It's actually quite amusing from the perspective of My Top-space to watch Myself busting My buns for Me! Anyone else do this? Tell!
