I did this some time ago and wish to do again. I really enjoy reading others writings and often read journals on a daily basis.

I have no particular form..expression through words. Feel free to post your poetry or short stories.

She whispers to me in the dark of night.
closing my eyes as she draws near
I listen intently for the sound of it
I know with all that I am that it is still there
I can sense it and it warms me inside
the sound of her sleeping, like music to me
Her rhythmical breathing draws forth my dreams
and I am with her once more
swimming through the sounds of laughter
I can hear it now as plain as day
It dances from the distance
"I love you"
Just before I begin to wake.

My first attempt in a while, be kind. heh.

aching agony hollow inside,
need burning crawling skin,
fill me with pain,
show me You care

fear and lust
bind me like rope
I lose control
as You take it from me

sweet torture
fills a hot gaze
covering me in soft places
tender in Your pointed glare

sharp caresses
and scarlet kisses
begging for the release
from Your cruel bonds

staccato sobs duet
with harshly whispered words
in burning ears
as softly You take me
break me
make me more than I was before
