Ice cream is in the freezer, help yourself!

We have regular and diabetic-friendly!  (Just for Steven ~ I really do![:)])
Cool Aylee...maybe now he'll leave our cookies alone.

A vanilla cone on up to whatever rank you gain by posting replies makes many feel superior to others who choose to post less...This does not make these individuals less knowledgeable or stupid just because they opt to not spend as much time on message boards...yet many find a false sense of importance with their multiple paddles to look down upon those with a lower rank. The ranking segregates Agree or Disagree...(close to 30 will out of the gate disagree obviously)

The only possibly inherent bad thing that could be associated with having less posts is making ill conceived judgements about those you have little experience of or lumping everyone in together as acting the same. I've never personally felt the number of posts count for anything since people here will readily admit a great number of their posts come from conversations about politics, how their day is going or in the word games. Thus to presume people think the number of posts they have is an indication of how experienced they are in BDSM is offensive because you are basically calling them idiots for thinking there could be a link; they don't think that so the premise of the question is wrong. I rarely ask a question that I think I know the answer to, if I do it is to reaffirm a belief I have but in your case you are asking the people you are assuming have this illusion in their heads so no greater wisdom will come from any answer in the poll thus what is your objective?

If you think you are the first person to ask this imaginative question then you are wrong.

So whats your objective to being here? You dont like anyone, they dont like you,you have a bad attitide. You know it all, so you are not here to be educated or to make friends. You appear to be here for antagonisitic jollies but your're losing steam. Its very doubtful you're meeting woman on the other side either.

The only one who's acted arrogantly like he thinks he's superior has been YOU. Straight away from the vanilla cone to the handcuffs.

And if wyndchimes needs meds for wanting to be "condemned", why exactly are you on post 158????? Seems you are well on your way to that medication yourself blackkettle.

Again, you know everything. So why are you here??????

I never thought to ever say this but apart from this polls which never gave me a chance to vote as they are just meaningless his threads are also pretty much the only ones which are less interesting then my study books. I am soooo glad to have my books to keep myself going as his threads so aren't doing that job [sm=book.gif]

Perhaps you’d have more success here if you stopped letting the donkey write on your behalf?

The donkey isn't writing these threads....the donkey is much brighter than the guy next to him in the photo....

DemonKia -> RE: A vanilla cone on up to whatever rank you gain by posting replies makes many feel superior to others (11/9/2009 5:24:49 PM)

OP, I'm gonna tell ya a lil secret. Go up to 'Profile', in the upper right hand corner of any page in CollarChat. About halfway down the 'Profile' page there's a setting, 'Viewing Preference'. Change from the default 'Flat Style' to the 'Simplified Flat Style' in the bubble-tick-box, scroll to the bottom of the page & click 'OK' or 'Apply' . . .

Okay, come back to the message boards, pick any thread you like & open it. Notice the lack of all the avatars & posting history icons -- paddles, vanilla cones, etc? All gone?

That's how I use this site, most of the time . . . . .

& when I revert it to the default mode, it's so I can look at where my posting numbers are. For me, they are my own self-competitive evidence of my perseverance . . . . . I want a condemned sign because I will have done the patient diligence of hanging in there thru whatever conflicts or distractions to get a goal. It might be an admittedly kinda frivolous goal, & that's okay.

I agree or disagree, snark or don't snark, dependent mostly on the content of a thread or post, or my mood, than most any other factors . ...

lovingpet -> RE: A vanilla cone on up to whatever rank you gain by posting replies makes many feel superior to others (11/10/2009 9:09:52 AM)

I do believe one of the first responses to my very first post was one complimenting me on being so concerned with my friend/play partner's well being. Post count has nothing to do with anything. I could have just as easily made an idiot out of myself like the OP is consistently doing. At least his donkey's cute.

One way I get my kicks
Is arguing relig-ee-yun or politics
Especially if I've had a drink or two
And it's always very easy to find someone who
Is

[chorus:]
Wrong on the internet
Wrong on the internet
Wrong on the internet
Wrong on the internet

Man thinks he can use science to show
The world is only six thousand years old
Both of us think, we're gonna win
So we both have to get the last word in
But he's

[chorus]

Guy in a chat-room, he
Was saying it's effective, homeopathy
This one, know I'm gonna win it
His argument is so dilute there's nothing in it
Yeah, he's

[chorus]

I remember some guy who
Said if you argue with a fool
Make sure that he isn't too
He'll drag you down, to his kind of dense
And then he'll beat you with experience

I know it's past the time that I should go to bed
But I gotta write a counter to what that guy said
3am, still going strong
Know that I'm right, and I know that he's wrong

He's a wrong dumb sucker on the internet
Wrong on the internet
Just a stupid wrong cretin on the internet
Wrong on the internet

Kia, you got me all excited thinking there was a book I hadn't read. It's quotations from Time Enough to Love which I read and reread till it fell apart from old age.
