I am not trying to be contradictory here, but I am not getting that impression. I do not think there should ever be a charge for children under a certain age. That is just good customer service policy. Including everyone up to 18 means that school age children can afford public transit instead of walking. No, I look at this more for a push towards a cleaner environment actually. Encouraging people to use transit instead of their own vehicles. It is a good, sound move too as long as the tax base can pick up the slack. Follow what I am saying? Does it make any sense?
