With Thanksgiving rapidly approaching and me working my fingers to the bone trying to craft things for my family for their holiday gifts, the following poem came to mind while I was working.

All I want for Christmas

All I want for Christmas is a nice warm subbie
Someone who is smart, one who's funny.
Kneeling at my feet,
Or walking by my side,
Their knowledge in my ownership
is a sweet badge of pride.

So dear Santa if you would be so kind,
Send me the slave that will ease my mind.
Massages are nice,
as is being quiet as mice.
But be sure they have a brain,
Or I will ship them back speedy return!

Heart to heart,
Mind to mind,
drama free
is what I hope to find.

So on Christmas eve I shall go to bed
fingering the bondage points above my head,
visions of gifts I want to see
in nothing but a bow under the tree.

Well, it's pretty close to the poem above.  I wish My boy would be back for Christmas, but he won't return until February.

All i want for christmas is a christmas celebrated in the real and true christmas spirit. Peace, goodwill and prosperity to all mankind.
All i want for christmas is a real and almighty god who if he really did exist would strike down the dictators, torturers, raqueters and profiters who produce nothing in society but lives highly on others misery and the warmongering clergy who hides under the religious cover to oppress all others for their own power.
All i want for christmas is our boys and girls to return from Iraq and Afghanistan safe and sound, because their mission is complete and those countries is free, democratic and without oppression and corruption
All i want for christmas is every child, mom and dad, granny and grandpa, sister and brother to gather in their homes and experience a christmas like i remember in my grandmas house before she passed away in 1960. Hell, could she make them.
All i want for christmas is that any advertiser, shop, tv station and all the other pumping out fake christmas spirit to put on Tom Lears "A Christmas Carol" and act accordingly. It was written in 1954 but just keeps getting more and more relevant as the years pass bye. Christmas is not about spending so much, you get evicted in january for not paying rent, due to the fact you spend oceans of money on christmas present nobody really need. But listen to Old Tom, nobody ever said it better.
Shit i just woke up, but it was a wonderfull dream[&o]

I'd like to give my husband a knee surgery or two. For me, could I have a ligament rerouted to substitute for the torn one, and the torn tendon stitched, as well as a midfoot fusion? I'd also like to get new glasses, and to see a chiropractor weekly for the next year.

But apart from that, we are happy, we are well. I have been amazingly blessed as of late, and I look forward to being happy and productive in the year to come. It would be nice to get a subbie with his emotional baggage limited to two checked pieces and one carryon, but I have a lot of play opportunities at parties, and I had a really good date today which may turn into more niceness.

To be rid of my anxiety issues, or at least to have them turned down to a dull roar. To learn how to gracefully reject people. While we're wishing, I wish my mother would be free of her insomnia and my sister would learn to love herself as she is. Failing all that, some nice chocolate and maybe a good book or two.
