I've seen both clips and still draw the same conclusion...

... what went on in that courtroom scares me. Is there no more client-attorney privilege and confidentiality? Has the darker side of the Patriot Act and all of its clandestine motives now begun to show up in local courts?

Remind me not to leave any personal effects, whether they be files, laptop, or phone, lying around, even if they are on a table next to me.

Maricopa County Sherrif's Department is well known for thinking it is above the law. The deputy in question knew he was on camera and knew the film was available to anyone who filed a FOIA request but knew he faced no chance of being punished.
