Thus, the incarnation of DaddyBoo, or DB for short. I am very territorial and always have been, since I was little. When He and I have had subs together, they have always known from before we seriously got into things that "Daddy/Daddie" and "Master" are MY titles for Him, and no one else's. The one girl we had called Him "papi" (spanish for Daddy), and that is as close as someone will ever get to calling him that. I do not hide the fact that I am territorial, and neither does He. Whenever we negotiate taking on a sub, she always understands that it will never be a triad, it will always be linear. No other sub will ever be my equal in a relationship with Him. The chain of command goes:

sub

They know that going in, so there's no confusion. Also, I think any other titles or Honorifics other than "Sir" or "Ma'am" to another person's Dominant half is just disrespectful. I also believe that another Dominant type who were to call me "baby girl" might see a flash of territorialism on DB's part, as well as seeing my Switch switch drop into "you are now my equal... don't call me that" mode.

Status: offline 		It NEVER bothered me in the past but with NM it does. I find myself extremely territorial and I try to walk very carryfully in that regards but it is so hard. I'm not sure why it bothers me now when it didn't with my previous owners. Other than I have grown and changed since then, I just didn't realize this was one of the ways that I had changed.

No, if that were to happen, any feelings I experienced would be caused by what it implied, not what he was being called. If there wasn’t any truth behind it, then I feel it is not my concern; he can handle the situation. Otherwise, whatever another might be calling him would probably be the least of my concerns.

Status: offline 		The name itself, I'd say there is one title I use with him that it would enrage me to no end if another tried to use it with any understanding or knowledge of us. For the most part, I know it is silly little girls playing stupid little games or people just trying to be polite in a way they think or have been told is appropriate. We currently have a girl claiming to be his that he has never met and only mentored online, yet it is plastered all over her profiles. It pisses me off and I have made no bones about it. I trust him. That's not the issue. I just don't appreciate strangers even beginning to put their junk on the same level as what we have together. I will share if that is what he intends, but, like Red, I am the alpha and NO ONE even compares with me and my position with him. As much as I may be his, we both agree that he is MINE too! Status: offline 		Hmmmmm....not sure if it would bother me if another sub called him Daddy.  That's what I call him & so far, other subs call him Sir or Max.  When I am playing with another dominant, I use "Sir", as he is my only Daddy.  It would definitely bother me if he called another sub "pet", as that is his name for me & I don't want to share that with anyone else.  It would make me feel less special, I think.  I would only call a dominant what I have been told to call him/her. 

In my world, he owns me, I don't own him, so whatever he wanted I would somehow be ok with.  But there would be a discussion if it caused me to have weird feelings.

As for me, it's not something I really worry about. If it happened, he would probably look at said s-type like she had two heads and ask who she was speaking to. Now, if another sub started referring to him as her Master/Daddy/Sir, she'd be lucky to pull back even a nub.

Seriously though, I can deal with "sir" if need be, but I prefer not to be called that by anyone that isn't either A: my sub, B: standing behind a cash register, or C: carrying a tray of food and/or drink.

Master or Daddy though, hell no.  If I'm not someone's master, why would they even say that?  That would be like me going up to some old lady in the street, giving her a hug and saying "Hi there grandma."  Completely inappropriate to the point of being rude.  At least in my opinion.
