My suggestions, be realistic about what you need and your limits and have your profile express those things. Be patient.

Hi, Dave.

You don't need training. Just go to local groups and munches and meet people. You'll meet people you click with and those you don't. Eventually you'll date and then one of the dating relationships will get serious.

It's not that different from the vanilla world in this regard.
