I see a lot of moaning and groaning from the other sex about "pro's" The implication I get is that so called female pro's are emailing these poor innocent sub males and hoping to be paid for play. I am female, should I be offended that no male pro has contacted me for a pay for play session? Do female subs get emails from random pro's? Do male subs get emails from random pro's?

not random pros, but random scammers......and I think that's the deal. Pros advertise and get their name out there, the ones emailing in shotgun style are clowns looking for suckers. Ron

I always assumed we women got those diminants that were looking to find clueless noobs. And the males got the people who were not pro, but hoped to cash in on desperate. Either way I am not getting how one is worse than the other. No, but i did contact a pro dom once. I didn't know there was such a creature until I saw his profile so I was curious if it worked the same as the pro doms.

One scam that my male sub buddies have told me about is "stealth pros" who lead them on with the promise of personal interest and then ask for "tribute". Or "help with their poor sick mother's hospital bills". Or "money for a ticket to relocate to you". A lot of them are, no big surprise, from Nigeria. Common sense and the insistence of a casual real life meeting for a cup of coffee BEFORE making any major personal, emotional or financial commitments will weed out most of these pretty quick. These are not pro dommes, by the way. Real professional dominants are honest and up-front about what they are negotiating for, and have an honest work ethic and a sense of responsibility towards their clients. They don't want something for nothing; they want to do a job honorably and well, and get fairly paid for it. Anything else is, in my opinion, not worthy of the term "professional".

Nope, not one time. I have had a couple people try and get me to go on instant messenger or email an alt address, but I don't play, and I don't hear from them again.

I agree. I see a value in real professional services. Heck.. I would buy to try if there were males offering up around here. Scammers are all over. Females just get different scams. Instead of $$$ it is for BJ's.

I remember a pro sub that used to post on the forums awhile back, I dont remember the nick. I have meet a few local pro subs lately as well.

The only male pros I've seen service the gay community. But I didn't think those complaints meant various prodommes are spamming all male subs here. I always thought they were complaining that the women they write clueless letters to who are always 19 and gorgeous turn out to be charging for their time and don't want to spend their own money to wear head to toe leather while they do the bottom in the way he wants to be done. And you know, those outfits are expensive as are the boots with six inch heels.
