Today, I put on some size 16 pants and they fit!!!! I haven't been able to get into them for over a year. I have only been working out hard for 3.5 wks and but I went from an 18/20 to a 16. I know its not much but to me it a big deal.

holly that is what NM told me to take measurements and watch how my clothes fit. Scales are NOT my friend.
